Jaison G. Morgan is the Managing Principal of Common Pool and the Co-Founder and CEO of RAMPIT Software. He is a leading authority in the use of large scale incentive systems. He formerly served as the Head of Prize Development at the X PRIZE Foundation, where he built a pipeline of over $300 million in philanthropic competitions. He has lectured and published widely on innovation through incentivized competitions, including a regular lecture series at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
His companies have been responsible for developing prizes and rewards for the Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar), the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Google and a host of private, commercial and other philanthropic concerns. He has served as an Advisor to the White House, Office of Science and Technology Policy, since 2009, in their efforts to utilize more incentive based programming across the federal government.
